To strengthen employees’ English proficiency, the Provincial Prosecution Office of Banten has officially designated every Wednesday as English Day for all employees across the Provincial Prosecution Office and District Prosecution Offices throughout Banten.
Through this initiative, all employees are encouraged to communicate in English during workplace interactions, including both work-related discussions and daily conversations.
As part of the program, the Provincial Prosecution Office of Banten also conducts a weekly English Learning Program every Wednesday, attended by employees both onsite and online. This initiative aims to enhance language proficiency, improve communication skills, and prepare prosecution personnel to meet the demands of an increasingly global professional environment.
